Agreement and scope
PCN Entertainment Group Inc. ("PCN," "we," "us," or "our") provides PCN Nightlife. These Terms apply to the PCN Nightlife application, membership website, member account, event discovery and RSVP features, and Charlie concierge (together, the "Nightlife Services"). By submitting an application, accepting the required Terms consent, activating an invited account, or using the Nightlife Services, you agree to these Terms and the linked PCN Entertainment General Terms of Use.
These Nightlife-specific Terms supplement the General Terms of Use. The General Terms continue to apply to matters not addressed here, including their dispute-resolution provisions. A separate written membership or event agreement may add terms for that membership, event, or purchase. Event-specific terms may also apply to a particular event or purchase.
The General Terms of Use contain a binding individual arbitration agreement, restrictions on class proceedings, and a 30-day arbitration opt-out process. Read those provisions before using the Nightlife Services; the linked document explains how they work and how to opt out.
Eligibility and applications
PCN Nightlife is for people aged 21 or older who can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and update it if it changes. Applying is free. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, an invitation, or an active membership. PCN reviews applications and may accept or decline them. An approved applicant becomes a member only after completing the invitation and account-activation steps.
The application includes required identity, contact, age, city, and preference questions. Ideal-night-out selections, referral source, and Instagram profile are optional. Other optional questions are marked in the form. Marketing consent is optional; declining it does not affect application eligibility.
Membership accounts and security
Keep your account credentials confidential, do not share your account, and use the Nightlife Services only through your own account. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. Tell PCN promptly if you believe your account or invitation has been accessed without authorization. PCN may require identity or eligibility information to review an application or administer membership.
Applications, membership, and fees
There is no application fee. These Terms do not promise that every membership add-on, ticket, event, or other PCN service is free. Before you make a paid purchase, the applicable price and any purchase-specific conditions will be presented with that offer and governed by its terms and the General Terms of Use. Payment processing, if offered, may be handled by a third-party payment provider under its own terms and privacy notice.
Events and RSVPs
The member experience may display upcoming events and allow you to RSVP. An RSVP records your response; it is not a ticket or a guarantee of admission unless the event page expressly says otherwise. An event may have capacity limits, a waitlist, eligibility requirements, ticket charges, or additional event-specific terms. Event details, availability, venues, and schedules may change or an event may be cancelled. Check the event information and any instructions from the organizer before attending.
If an RSVP is waitlisted, admission is not confirmed by being placed on the waitlist. Payments made through PCN services are generally final under the PCN General Terms of Use, except where an event-specific term or applicable law provides otherwise.
Email and text communications
Service messages about applications, membership, account security, or an RSVP may be sent when needed to operate the Nightlife Services. Marketing email and text messages are optional and require the choices described in the relevant form or account setting. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can change available communication preferences in your member account, use an unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or reply STOP to a marketing text. Opting out of marketing does not prevent essential service messages.
Charlie concierge
Charlie is a member concierge for PCN Nightlife information. It may use an AI service to phrase answers from PCN event information and relevant context. AI-generated answers can be incomplete or mistaken; confirm event dates, availability, admission, and other important details in the event listing or with the organizer. Charlie is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for professional advice.
Do not send sensitive information that Charlie does not need to answer a question. Your messages are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and may be sent to a configured AI service provider to generate a response.
Acceptable use
Use the Nightlife Services lawfully and respectfully. You may not use them to harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, violate another person’s rights, submit false application details, send unauthorized promotions, attempt to access another account, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or scrape or extract data through automated means. You may not misuse event listings, RSVP systems, or membership invitations.
PCN may review, refuse, or remove material submitted through the Nightlife Services and may investigate suspected misuse. Community Guidelines and event-specific rules also apply where relevant.
PCN content and your submissions
PCN and its licensors retain their rights in the Nightlife Services, branding, event materials, and other PCN content. You may use the services for your personal, non-commercial membership activities; you may not copy, sell, or commercially exploit them without written permission, except where law permits.
The rules and permissions for content you submit to public areas or as feedback are set out in the General Terms of Use. Application details and Charlie conversations are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and are not displayed as public member posts by the Nightlife Services.
Third-party services
The Nightlife Services may link to third-party websites, event organizers, ticketing or payment services, and other services. Those services are not controlled by PCN and may have separate terms and privacy practices. Review their terms before using them. PCN is responsible for the Nightlife Services it provides, not for the operation or content of independent third-party services, subject to applicable law.
Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using the Nightlife Services and may request account closure by contacting PCN. PCN may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its members, address a breach of these Terms or other applicable rules, comply with law, or discontinue a feature or service, subject to applicable law and the General Terms of Use.
We may update these Terms. We will post the current version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice or seek consent when required by law. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the affected Nightlife Services; any rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.
Availability and liability
The Nightlife Services and event information may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow PCN to exclude or limit.
The warranties, indemnity, limitation-of-liability, and dispute-resolution terms in the PCN Entertainment General Terms of Use apply to the Nightlife Services to the extent permitted by law. Please read those provisions before using the service.
