Are your memberships really month-to-month?
Yes! Our flexible month-to-month commitment provides you convenience of a dedicated lifestyle manager and the variety to explore nightlife in a whole new way.
Are the events free?
The events are included in your plan. Premium level events do require a platinum benefits membership.
How do I change or cancel my membership?
Once you’re a member, you can easily change your membership plan right from your account. If you need to cancel your membership, you can do so any time. Reach out one of our community managers and we’ll help process the request. Note, if you do cancel your membership you will be charged a $79 reactivation fee.
Does my membership auto-renew?
PCN+ is a monthly recurring membership. Your membership is active the day that you sign up and we will renew each month on the same day of the month that you signed up.
What forms of payment do you accept?
PCN+ membership can be purchased with any valid credit card.
Can I pause my membership?
If you’re unable to take full advantage of PCN+, you can put your membership on hold for $20/month for temporary digital access or pause your membership altogether.
